Having spent years working in the USA in the most tumultuous and competitive business environment, I returned to New Zealand in 2002 and bought an ailing packaging company. Turning it into a highly successful business, I sold in 2008 and began consulting with other business owners.

I have a direct and highly energised style that motivates my clients and holds them accountable. Over my years as a successful consultant, I have created countless award winning organisations and leaders. I am now setting out to help even more businesses grow by sharing my knowledge with the world.
